In the wilds of small town Ontario, Canada, Meg lives a quirky, old-fashioned life with her two young kiddos and handsome Mister. She writes, cooks, cans, sews, volunteers, and drinks altogether too much good English tea.

Formerly, a Historical Interpreter at Historic Sites and Museums, she now just pulls what she loves about the past into her modern life. And thinks other people shouldn't be afraid to do it too. A Homemaker with a capital H, she's on a mission to help others create a lifestyle that's less busy, more full of good old things, and one that gives them the confidence to be themselves.

Weird fact: She's also in the middle of putting on a historical Halloween play in a haunted, 200 year old Manor House- and that's pretty neat.
